Magnesium is an important mineral—involved in over 300 different processes in the body—and most of us are deficient in it! Our goal is to get products in your hands fast. Once you place your order, we will process it and get it out to you as soon as possible. I have found the Magnesium Redefined essential to both my strength training as well as my nightly restful sleep. At age 70 I lead an active life volunteering & 3 trips to the YMCA per week.
