1. Is this program low fat, low carb or low something else?
Nope. Our reset program has the same philosophy as our overall PFC-balanced approach to nutrition here at Cassie.net.
No calorie counting. No restricting.
And it includes plenty of healthy fat—like coconut oil and avocados!—along with protein and carbs. That means all three macros (protein, fat, and carbohydrates) in a balanced fashion.
2. Will I be hungry?
Nope. In this reset, you’ll feel nourished and satisfied—not deprived!
A lot of diets and detoxes succeed in helping you lose weight because they are based on restriction. You know as well as I do the problem with that is when you stop the program, you gain all of the weight you lost back...and more often than not, you pack on extra pounds in the process. That’s because restricting your body of what it needs slows down your metabolism, which in turn makes it even more difficult to lose weight the next time around.
The good news? Our program isn’t like that. In fact, quite the opposite. In our balanced reset program, it’s critical that you are fueling your body with the protein, fat, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals that it needs so that it can let go of toxins and the extra pounds.
You won’t be hungry. (And if you are, then you’ll get to eat!)
This can be a difficult concept to grasp since most detoxes are based on restriction, so we’ll be sure to guide you through this with a step-by-step plan so you know just what to eat, the entire time.
3. Do I have to give up coffee, alcohol or my favorite food?
Nope! This is your reset which means YOU are in charge and you get to decide what you will and will not do.
That said, coffee and alcohol aren’t recommended because they can place an extra burden on your body as it tries to reset. Because of this, we recommend avoiding them for these 10 days for the best results and to make the most of our detox. It’s your call, though! The same goes for your favorite foods: if they’re not approved on the recommended foods list, then we’d encourage you to keep them out.
However, it’s your reset, and ultimately, it’s up to you.
Insider Tip: If you think you will miss your coffee, we recommend mixing espresso flavored Fruits & Greens into hot water. The flavor is great, and if it’s the caffeine you miss, it’s a good sign that you need this reset. :) You can get by for 10 days!
4. I have an allergy/sensitivity/can’t eat certain foods. Can I still do the reset?
Yes! The 10-day program is naturally gluten-free, soy-free and dairy-free, and is overall very favorable to those with special dietary needs. The foundation of the program is keeping out any foods you are sensitive to or allergic to.
We make it easy to follow our template and offer food recommendations that are in line with your needs and preferences.

Our goal is to get products in your hands fast. Once you place your order, we will process it and get it out to you as soon as possible. We usually ship the same day your order was placed, or the next business day (M-F), except for extra-perishable items that might spoil if left on a delivery truck for extended periods of time. In cases like these, if you place an order for a perishable product on a Thursday or Friday, we would wait until Monday to send it. Your order will typically arrive within two to five (2-5) business days after it is placed. You will receive an e-mail notification after you place your order and again when your order has shipped.
International Shipping: some products, such as probiotics, we can’t ship internationally due to a scanning procedure that kills the bacteria in the probiotic, rendering it useless.
